Returns and withdrawal

Every DELAMIA piece exists in a single example. It is born from vintage hand-embroidered cloth: small irregularities and light marks of time are not flaws, but part of the piece's authenticity. If something isn't as you imagined it, you can still return it.

Right of withdrawal. You have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase, without giving any reason, under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).

How to return. Write to us at info@delamia.it within 14 days of delivery, quoting your order number. We will send you the instructions.

Return costs. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Conditions. The garment must be returned intact, unworn except for trying it on, with any tags attached and in its original packaging, within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.

Refund. Once we receive and inspect the garment, we refund the full amount within 14 days, to the same payment method used for the purchase.
